What is a cargo delivery document?

It is the copy of the invoice in which the signature and identity information of the buyer is written while the cargo is delivered, it is a financially approved legal document. 

Is the shipping fee applied separately for each product?

More than one product purchased at one time from the same store can be sent in bulk with a single cargo. However, products purchased from different stores cannot be shipped with a single cargo. 

Who pays the shipping fee?

It depends on the seller’s options but there are options for shipping costs like Buyer Pays, Free Shipping (store pays) and Conditional Shipping (Stores provide free shipping on top of a certain shopping amount). 

On the product detail page, you can find information such as the shipping fee and the company.

It shows as "Free Shipping". Is free shipping valid if the delivery address is Cyprus?

The free shipping option is only valid for delivery addresses within the borders of Turkey. 

Will there be a change in the time zone I selected for Same Day Delivery?

In unexpected situations such as adverse weather conditions, heavy traffic, the delivery time can be changed by contacting the member.

What is Same Day Delivery?

Same Day Delivery is a service that ensures that the products you purchase are delivered to you on the same day, in a time zone of your choice, or the next day. Only products with the Same Day Delivery logo are included in this service. Delivery times may differ depending on the region, store and product you choose.

Same Day Delivery, what if the delivery person can't find me at my address?

If you are not at home at the delivery time you have chosen, the attendant will deliver your order within the next hour.

How can I pay for same day delivery?

You can see the same day delivery amount in the shipping fee field in the cart and checkout page. You can pay the delivery fee with the order. 

If I buy multiple items, can they all be shipped together?

The products you buy from the same store are sent with a single cargo unless the lead times are different. Products purchased from different stores cannot be shipped with a single cargo. 

What does a due diligence report do?

The due diligence report is the necessary document for you to have the cargo officer arrange it so that you can return it upon delivery. You should have this document prepared by the cargo officer when there is a missing, malfunction, defect or a situation different from the one specified in your product. 

What is due diligence report?

It is a content determination document prepared under the supervision of the person receiving the cargo, upon request.

Can the billing address and delivery address be different?

You can choose your billing address the same as the delivery address or enter a different address.

When ordering Address Selection in phase Add new address You can add a new address by pressing the button or you can choose from your registered addresses. 

How can I change the current shipping address?

You can change the shipping address until the store confirms your order. If you want to change the delivery address of the product you ordered My account in the menu Current Order open the page. You can edit the information by clicking the address field at the top of the order you want to change.

If your order has been confirmed, the address cannot be changed because the store may have shipped the product.

In which cases should a damage assessment report be kept?

In cases where you detect damage, impact, breakage or defect in the original box, cargo package or product while receiving the product, you can submit a damage report to the cargo officer. Cargo attendants have to wait for you to check the product during product delivery.

What is a damage report?

In case of any damage (tearing, bursting, crushing, getting wet, etc.) of the cargo itself or its packaging, the cargo officer is a document issued for identification purposes.

Who is responsible if the product is damaged in shipping?

All products offered for sale on yabmart.com are checked for damage by the stores while they are being packaged to be delivered to the cargo. However, sensitive products such as glassware and electric heaters may be damaged during transportation or incorrectly loaded into the cargo. Here is what you should do in such a situation: 

- Before receiving the product, always check the outer package for damage. 

- Have a Damage Assessment Report* prepared when you see any damage.  

- Warn the officer to keep a record of the damaged product with full and correct words. “When the product was delivered, it was checked and found to be damaged.” A report with an explanation like this will speed up your product return process. 

- In case of any damage you notice after order delivery, you should immediately contact the relevant cargo branch and ask them to prepare a Damage Determination Report.  

- When you send the product back to the store together with the Damage Determination Report, your product replacement process will be completed quickly and you will be informed about it.  

- In order to avoid any problems with cargo compensation, return the damaged product with the cargo company that delivered it to you.

Until what time will my orders be delivered on the same day?

Orders placed before 11:59 will be delivered to your address on the same day, orders placed after 12.00 will be delivered to your address the next day.

Orders placed between 00.00 - 11.59 hours until 18.00 on the same day,

Orders placed between 12.00 - 14.59 hours, between 18.00 - 22.00 on the same day/Next day,

Orders placed between 15.00 - 23.59 hours are delivered until 15.00 the next day.

Can I send the products in my cart to different addresses?

You can send the products in your basket to one address as a single order. If you wish, you can divide your cart and place more than one order, and enter different delivery addresses for orders.    

How long is the shipping time for the product I ordered?

The average delivery time for shipments made with cargo companies is 2 business days. However, this period may take 7 to 10 days for postal mailings. 

After the store has shipped the product, the shipping information entered in the system is sent to your e-mail address  on the invoice. If the product still has not reached you after 3 working days after shipping. You need to contact us and the store about the issue. In the product page you can use the “Ask Question” to forward your message to the store by pressing the button. If there is a problem with the cargo, the store can solve the problem by contacting the cargo company.

Are products delivered abroad?

The products you buy from yabamrt.com are delivered only within the borders of Turkey.

Can I contact the store for early shipping of the products?

Regarding the subject, from the product page “Ask Question” You can send your request to the store by pressing the button. 

Can someone else receive the product?

On behalf of the person specified in the delivery address information, a relative can receive the product from the cargo with identification.

Who covers the return/change shipping fee?

Within the scope of the Right of Withdrawal, the return shipping fee belongs to the store. Unless stated otherwise on the seller policy page the, Buyers have the right to return products without paying shipping fees, even for personal reasons.

When requesting a return/change, you can send the product free of charge by choosing the courier company with which the store has a contract.  

Can I use the cargo company I want?

Cargo company choice is made by the store. Stores send products with contracted cargo companies.
