Warranty conditions

Unless Stated Otherwise in seller return policy on seller page or product page, every customer have the Right Of Withdrawal.. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, be sure to check the product during cargo delivery. When you see a damage, keep a record and do not receive the product. Changes made on the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.

How is the right of withdrawal used?

The buyer (customer) must notify the seller (store) that he wishes to return the product, using his right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery. The store is obliged to return the product within 10 (ten) days at the latest after receiving the customer's request, and to return the product price without incurring any expense to the customer, and to pay the return shipping fee. According to the yabmart.com Payment Protection System, the customer has the right to return the product and get his money back, in accordance with the right of withdrawal, even if the product price has been transferred to the store. What is the right of withdrawal?

Pursuant to the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the buyers (customers) have the right to return the products without giving any reason and "without paying the shipping fee", using their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date. Every institution has to implement the regulation. 

Who bears the return shipping fee during the right of withdrawal process?

For product returns within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the return shipping fee belongs to the stores. Even if the buyers return the products for personal reasons, they have the right to return the products without paying the shipping fee. The buyer pays for the cargo that is not sent with the contracted cargo company of the stores.

What are the products for which the right of withdrawal is not valid?

The non-refundable cases, although the customer requests a return to the store within 14 days, are as follows:  

- Products that are custom-made at the request of the buyer and made personal by making changes or additions,

- Products that are not suitable for return due to their nature (The condition for returning products with sensitive hygienic conditions such as underwear, swimwear, cosmetics is that the product is unopened and untested.)

- Audio or video recordings (DVD, CD and Cassette, etc.), printed products (Books, magazines, etc.), software programs and computer consumables opened by the buyer,

- Products that are in danger of spoiling quickly or that are likely to expire,

- Products whose prices are determined in the stock exchange or other organized markets (all products in the category of Bullion, Jewelry, Gold and Silver, etc.)

- Products and services such as hotels, domestic/international tours, excursions and flight tickets purchased from the holiday category. Cancellation/return of these products and services is made in line with the seller agency application.) 

In case of damage to the product, can the buyer use the Right of Withdrawal and return the product?

In accordance with the legislation, the decrease in the value of the product or the existence of a reason that makes it impossible to return does not prevent the use of the Right of Withdrawal. However, if the decrease in the value of the product or the impossibility of return is due to the customer's fault, the store must compensate the value or decrease in the value of the product. In this case, the store may take legal action against the buyer against the decrease in the value of the product in order to compensate the damage.View the Distance Sales Agreement
