For now you can pay for your purchases on yabmart.com by credit card, debit card, virtual card of any currency from any country. We will update you when we support more payment option in the future.

Each seller have their personal shipping information, so we advice you to check the product delivery information from the product page.

It depends on the shipping company used by the seller. Please refer to the product page for the information or use ask question to contact the seller.

If your order consists of items from more than one seller, your items will arrive separately. If your order consists of items from a single seller, your items may arrive together or separately. If your orders arrive separately, be rest assured that the remaining item(s) will be delivered shortly.

Not all products on Yabmart are sold or delivered by Yabmart. In addition, Yabmart buyers and sellers are found in every province in Turkey. Given the various factors involved: the time it takes a seller to ship, the courier company used, the distance between buyer and seller, and more, delivery times may vary.
Your order will be delivered by the seller or the seller's agents, depending on whether the item was sold by Yabmart or a third-party seller and on the delivery method chosen by a third-party seller. You may be called prior to or on the same day as delivery to see if you are available to receive your order.

If your order is delayed after shipping, this is related to the cargo company. You can solve your problem by contacting the cargo company. If your order is not shipped within the time specified by the store, you can contact the store from the "Ask a Question to the Store" field to learn the status of your order or contact us from WhatsApp Support.

If the store has not confirmed your order, you can cancel your order by clicking the Cancel button on the My Orders page . If the store has approved your order, you can request cancellation by clicking the Cancel Request button on the My Orders page and filling the resulting form. If the store has shipped your order, you need to start the return process. You can return the product you bought by clicking the Return button on the My Orders page and following the steps.

Click the Return button on the My Orders page 

- Fill in the required information completely and create a return pre-request.
- After filling out the form, send the product to the cargo within 3 days with the shipping tracking number and complete your return process.
